HK upper/lower and trigger compatibility questions

The search function didn't answer this for me, so a few questions:

1) I have a USP FS .40 with a hybrid match LEM trigger installed by HK, and just am receiving a new V1 USP 9. Until I get the USP 9 converted, can I safely use the USP 9 upper on my LEM .40 lower?

2) are all the LEM specific parts on an HK in the lower, or are there changes to the upper as well?

3) I have a P30L DA/SA 9mm, and a P30L V1 .40 LEM. If I wanted to shoot my P30L 9 upper LEM, can I safely put the P30L 9 DA/SA upper on the P30L LEM .40 lower?

First off, slide and frame, not upper and lower. :)

1. Yes. 9/40 uses the same frame.
2. LEM parts only apply to the frame, with the exception of the Firing Pin Block Spring. This spring determines how light or heavy your trigger break will be, in general.
3. Yes.

Ha, upper and lower -- bit too much AR on my mind. At least I didn't ask about clips and bullets.

Thanks for the info!
