If however they do say HK, and its OK, Sign me Up!!!!

REPLY: The receiver on a AR/M16 (HK416) is the lower.
The lower receiver is the serial numbered part and as far as the ATF is concerned it is the weapon's receiver. However, the two pieces are pretty much universally termed 'Upper Receiver" and "Lower Receiver". That does add some lack of clarity.

And if anybody is looking for the POF 416 upper, I have one NIB. It is the 14.5" barrel with a vortex flash hider on the end to make it 16" long. Has the CROS coating on the inside. This is the 9x rail system with the M4 recess on the barrel.

Would love to mate up a HK looking POF lower on it. Just not my cup of tea right now.

I would be in, provided they are not marked Colt, Bushie, Armalite or any others on the PRK list. If they are "HK" marked, that would be GROOVY...

Need to see pix.

Trademarks

Uh, no.

Trademarks give HK the the right to pursue you legally if you violate it. There are not gov't patent/trademark police out there that jump when HK orders them. It is all decided by the courts/lawyers/judges first.
Uh no. Research the agreement Rolex has with Customs.
