Does anyone have numbers on the difference in height over bore for a 416/MR556 as compared to a regular AR?

I've seen people say that the 416 height will be 3/8" (0.375) higher, but I wanted to confirm since I'm running some numbers for use in conjunction with a 1.93" mount.

It's been a while, but the 3/8" was the difference between the mount height that would give you a lower 1/3 sight picture for a standard AR vs the 416 mount from a certain vendor. This is imperfect as this "standard" is all over the board from vendor to vendor.

Why 1.93"?
Clearing IR and passive use behind NV?
