Indeed, both the full size and Compact are still being made in SS but neither are now imported into the US. I have heard there is no plans to make the HK45 or the HK45C in stainless but I do not know if that applies world-wide or just in regards to importing them into the US.
To many if it is not imported into the US it is no longer being made and that goes for the HK distributors and the always un-named HK rep. I swear if HK ever finds out who this "HK Rep" is who keeps giving out bad info they will fire him on the spot!
