Has anyone ever had an issue with a hk91, PTR or Vector .308 rifle having feeding/carrier closing issues that are magazine specific issues?

I know it an odd issue but I have a PTR that for some reason will only cycle reliably from one mag, yet I've tried 20 other G3 mags that fail to allow the carrier to close properly.

Anyone ever had an issue like this?

No issues like that with either mine or my son's PTRs. Some of my range mags are beat to crap and still function fine.

What specific mags are you using? Mil-surp or new production? Aluminum or steel? Poly aftermarket? CETME?

Have you tried contacting PTR on this?

I doubt its the mags. My HK has never had mag issues and I have some ratty surplus ones Ive used over the years. Certainly not 20! And Ive been shooting them since the 70s.
