Recently had two very favorable experiences with HK Customer Service.

1) HK45c backstrap was loose and making clicking sounds. Since it is a small issue, I expected HKCS to ask me to send in my old one before they sent me a replacement. When I called, they shipped one out to me right away!

2) HK45c extractor claw edge was rough. I sent it in for repair and expected to receive either the repaired extractor or a call for payment on a new one. Instead, HKCS sends me a replacement at their cost. What's more, even though I told them it was not urgent, they sent it to me via FedEx Overnight! And as a last bit of amazing attention to detail, they even included a new roll pin with the new extractor!

I have had nothing but outstanding service from HK. They are the best!

I love HK! I've never had any bad experiences with their CS. I'm also glad they took such good care of you, too.
