Are you referring to the USPT .45? I've got a Safariland that I use for it. I don't know the model number and tossed the paper work. It's a leg holster (two straps). It also accommodates my USP Expert (9mm), USP Elite (45), P30, HK45CT and USPC 9mm. Hope this helps some.
