Looks like the batteries ran out on my surefire forearm light today. How do you change them? I can get the bulb out, but cannot seem to access the battery area. There is a pin on the front. Do I punch it in or out??

Unscrew the body of the light from the hand guard. Tube and all comes off flush with the plastic guard.

It usually comes with a plug you can screw in, in place of the light. It's handy if you want to reduce wear on your light while practicing.
