How Do You Order from This German Arms Website?

In another thread I saw one of the members reference the website below. They have a great deal on the Z24 Fero Scope. I ordered one from them online for 278 euros delivered, $350 yesterday, but they denied me. They only sell within the Eurozone.

How do you guys get around that? I like $350 for a mint Z24 Fero scope. Not the $500 to $600 in the states and you don't know what your going to get.

Please advise.

They say on their website they sell worldwide but some items are restricted for export. Maybe shoot em an Email and see if scopes are okay for export or not? They also said to contact them once your order was made to get shipping charge information.
I shot them an email. I can't imagine they are restricted. The US is flooded with Hensoldt, and Karl Kaps scopes like this of all conditions. The guy must of made a mistake.
Military riflescopes are on the ITAR weapons list so you are going to need an import license to get them into the US.

"(b) Riflescopes manufactured to military specifications, and specifically designed or modified components therefor; firearm silencers and suppressors, including flash suppressors."

I ever ordered from this site as I am in EU.
This site provides very good equipment.
ptalar you've got a MP.
@XM77, the ITAR restricts exports of defense articles from the US. You may mean the US Military Import List administered by BATEF. The State Dept, under the ITAR, only has control over temporary, not permanent, imports of defense articles. 27 CFR 447.21 - The U.S. Munitions Import List. - Code of Federal Regulations - Title 27: Alcohol, Tobacco Products and Firearms - Subpart C: The U.S. Munitions Import List - Id 19675213 - vLex
that's just crazy.

Welcome to America were liberals would confiscate evey gun so they could rule unopposed. Free men own guns, slaves don't!
The recent treaty msagrans posted requiring all arms related export over a certain amount ($100 US last I saw) from the signing nations (including the USA) to be restricted to those with a federal export lisc for these items.. it's a hassle and sets you up for future prosecution so many businesses just gave up export sales. Only the larger experienced arms dealers are going to ship anything and they will require a big sale and all the required paperwork. Welcome to the further erosion of liberty in the NWO matrix

The provision for the link above:

Category I-Firearms
*(a) Nonautomatic, semi-automatic and fully automatic firearms to caliber .50 inclusive, and all components and parts for such firearms. (See § 121.9 and §§ 123.16-123.19 of this subchapter.)

Could include ALL parts.

Socialism at its best.
