I’m still wondering if they’re getting HK forgings at this point or if they’re just machining them themselves.
I was under the impression that was the case as well…

I found mine on GB and paid a ridiculous amount for it unfortunately. It wasn’t already engraved and that’s what I wanted. I did a saved search on GB and every time one popped up, I’d get an email. I don’t know where people are finding them for less than poaching prices because I thought brownells was done making them but who knows. Maybe I’m wrong.

I wish they’d make barrels again
Nefarious barrels are great IMHO
Im hoping to find a Brownells 416 lower that isn't to crazy expensive.I've been hearing good things about Nefarious barrels and I have a few questions. If I already have an mr556 upper would it be better to cut my barrel to 11" or replace the barrel with a nefarious barrel Or should I sell the whole upper and buy all the parts to build an 11" upper? What are the pros and cons to my options?

Tacswap.com will occasionally have BRN lowers for sale. Usually still pricey though!

“Not too crazy expensive” and anything HK416-related are mutually exclusive. You want to play you have to pay, and there’s no way around it unless you have one willed or given to you.
