Individual LEM Part Numbers

30546 Views 25 Replies 15 Participants Last post by  TooSixy
A few members have asked me to post the individual parts and their associated part numbers for the LEM and Match LEM Hybrid triggers, so here they are.

Note
• Parts can be purchased from HK Customer Service (706-568-1906), Brownells, MidwestGunWorks, EuroOptic, TopGunSupply, Numrich, and HKParts
• It is more cost effective to purchase the whole LEM kit (for USP/USPc/HK45/HK45C) than to buy individual LEM parts
• LEM with different trigger pull weights can be achieved by using different combinations of TRS, HS, and FPBS. See this LEM Springs Reference Chart for more information.
• Some of the part numbers may have been changed by HK by adding a "50" prefix to the old part #. For example, part 219439 is now 50219439.

Abbreviations
FP
= Firing Pin
FPS = Firing Pin Spring
FPBS = Firing Pin Block Spring
HS = Hammer Spring
TBDS = Trigger Bar Detent Spring
TRS = Trigger Rebound Spring
DA = Double Action

12. LEM Hammer Axle (50214258 or 214258)

Notes
• If you have an HK45, you already have part #7, and may not need parts #5 and #6. Double check to make sure your gun comes with parts #5 and #6 from factory; some do, some do not. Many recent models (BC date code and later) no longer come with parts #5 and #6 from factory. If your hammer spring is painted Blue, it is not the Match hammer spring.

• If you have an HK45 Compact, you already have part #7, and may not need part #6. Double check to make sure your HK45c comes with part #6 from factory; some do, some don't. Many recent models (BC date code and later) no longer come with part #6 from factory. Part #5 must be cut to size to fit.

• If you have an HK45, HK45 Compact, or USP Compact, you will not be able to use the Match Trigger assembly (part #1). The stock trigger can be drilled and tapped for the overtravel stop screw, or the Match trigger must be modified to fit the smaller trigger guard. The USP Compact models have very little overtravel room in the trigger guard area so a stop screw may not be needed at all.

Match + LEM Hybrid (from factory LEM)
If you have a factory LEM and want to convert it to a Match LEM Hybrid trigger, all you need are some of the Match Trigger parts.

See Notes above regarding the Match trigger if you have an HK45, HK45 Compact, or USP Compact.

Required Parts
1. Match Trigger (215684)
2. Overtravel Stop Screw (215680)
3. Hex Wrench (958179)
4. Light TRS (209266)
5. Match Hammer Spring (215694)
6. Match Nickel-Plated Flat Sear Spring (215691)

296347

Match + LEM Hybrid (from factory Match)
If your pistol comes with a Match Trigger from factory (Expert, Elite, Match, or Tactical but not USP9SD or Compact Tacticals) and you want to convert it to a Match LEM Hybrid trigger, all you need are some of the LEM parts.

Required Parts
1. LEM Sear (50219439 or 219439)
2. LEM Cocking Piece (50219443 or 219443)
3. LEM Hammer (50219452 or 219452)
4. LEM Hammer Axle (50214258 or 214258)
5. LEM Cocking Piece Spring (50219444 or 219444)
6. Light TRS (209266)
7. Catch (50219442 or 219442) <-- only for early 2005 (AF) or earlier date code

296348

Note
• If your USP Tactical (40/45) date code is AF to BB, double check to make sure if yours already has the Match HS (part #8) and Match Nickel-Plated Flat Sear Spring (part #9). Note that the USP Tactical 9mm is not listed here because it did not exist until late in 2014 (BE) and only became available to the general public in 2015

• If your USP Tactical (40/45) date code is BB or later, or if you have a USP Tactical 9mm (but not USP9SD) you will need these Match parts:
8. Match HS (215694)
9. Nickel-Plated Flat Sear Spring (215691)

Can I convert a p30sk LEM to V3?
Yes, by selling your LEM and using that money to purchase a V3. Otherwise no, it cannot be done.
Wow, this is great information, thanks for posting!

I'm planning on ordering a P30 V1 Light LEM soon, and I'm interested in sending it to HK to be converted to the Match + LEM Hybrid.

Is this still something that HK would do? Also (while it's there), is there anything else that you recommend be done?

There is no official Match LEM Hybrid trigger setup for the P series, but that is not to say that you can't make one up by cobbling needed parts. All you need for your factory P30L V1 are: Match Sear Spring, Match HS, and have your trigger drilled/tapped for the stop screw. HK will not perform any of these mods with a P series pistol.

Having said that, this will be a better setup.

HK has changed the part numbers on some LEM parts. They added a "50" prefix to some of the P/N's

LEM sear 219439 is now 50219439
LEM hammer 219452 is now 50219452
LEM hammer axle 214258 is now 50214258
LEM cocking pc spring 219444 is now 50219444

There's probably more but those are the parts I ordered at HKCS.

The 209266 TRS for the P2000 does not appear on their webshop. Only the heavy TRS 219441.
I tried searching for it several ways including adding the "50" in front.

The HKWebshop does not have every single part so that is why you are not finding that light TRS. Try Google instead.
Here's one from Brownells for $2.99.

I have already gone back and updated the original post to reflect the new part numbers (with the 50 prefix) so the ones without the 50 prefix are still valid part numbers.
