I've decided to form 1 my 416 (pistol, w/o brace) for SBR. What lengths are people getting success with approval, please? LGS doesn't have a brace on hand otherwise I'd go that route for measurements. Thanks.

I am interested in doing this as well. Did you figure out how to attach a stock to it? I am stuck there...

As for the length... I would probably just go with 27". I submitted my 416 SBR in 5.56 as 29" with a 10.4" barrel, so since this one is an 8.5" barrel I would just knock off two inches. It doesn't have to be perfect and as long as it's in the ballpark you shouldn't get denied.
