Is a HK33K worth it?

I may have an opportunity to acquire a HK93 in trade. As I already own a HK53, is it worth building a HK33K? If anything, I'd just keep an A2 stock on it while just cutting down the barrel.

I'll be using this with a sear. Is there any advantage of an A3 stock over a fixed stock? My HK53 is so compact that I'm not sure if I need another compact 223 rifle. Like any HK nut, I'll probably end up with both stocks :)

Unfortunately, the HK93 trade never occurred, but you've all convinced me to build a 33K regardless! Was at the local gunshow, and saw an "ok" priced 93. Was tempted to buy it for the conversion, but a friend held me off saying that I should keep in mind that maybe I should hold out for a 1/7 gun rather than the 1/12 that I was looking at. What do you guys think?
