Is the HK G28 available to civilians?

It is a specialized variant of the HK 417 (LE/Mil only), its a resounding "NO" to the infinite power. It will not even be available to (LE/Mil) here.
You can heavily modify an MR762 and get the "look". That's as close as we're gonna get.
