Hopping a flight to Michigan--- thanks for the cool video!!!

Tony
C'mon up!

Wow, that flash hider makes a huge difference!
Actually, the FH (compensator) was on in all the runs... Two ammo brands. The first was Americal Eagle Tactical AE223 55-gr and the rest was PMC 55-gr. Apparently the AE is loaded a wee-bit hotter. Looking through the EOTech, the only thing I could do was keep the fireball at center of mass.

Wow, the only time I've seen that much fire is when I removed my FH shooting XM193. I was using a 16" barrel though. I could see a 10.5" being harder to handle. Thanks for sharing the video.

First time I shot an FA 416 was about two days after I had a wisdom tooth pulled.

The damn thing (14.5 inch) rattled my head so much I thought the rest of my teeth were going to fall out of my head and it hurt like a mo-fo.

But I couldn't stop shooting...... :p

they should have left the pins set up for ya ;)
Mitch said the rounds would just punch holes right through them.

Yer lucky it wasn't a 10.4"... at that length, your eyeballs feel like they want to pop out too.

I've still got a bullet fragment in my chin from having a training class set up the targets too close to rocks.

Bullet fragments can be an issue.

That was just the first time.

After that I didn't have the tooth issue to deal with and found the 10.4 not a lot different then shooting a MK18.

The shorter guns announce their presence with authority for sure.
