I use 4.1 grains of Hodgdon Clays under a Hornady 200 grain JSWC seated long to 1.277" in CCI brass/CCI primers.
Many people say the JSWC's won't feed in a USP, but if you seat them long they will. I've shot over a thousand rounds in my full size USP with this recipie and never had any trouble. Soft recoil and the brass doesn't go far.
I've tried 5.5 grns of Bullseye with 200 grn extreme plated rn at 1.250 oal. Another variant I use is 5.2 grns of WST with the same bullet weight. These loads are higher end pressure loads. If I wanted them softer I would put 4.7 grns of WST or 5 grns of Bullseye.
Bullseye is the cleaner shooting of the two powders, but a touch louder.
