So looking into these MAC5 MP5 clones and I am reading good reviews but also hearing bad things about locking shoulders are not right and being sent back and bad machine marks. I would like your input as I am in the market to grab one. Thanks.

I feel like every thread I’ve seen about those guns, whether here, Reddit, Arf, etc is mostly complaints.
I’d rather pay more for a problem free gun if the alternative is a clone that requires hundreds of dollars in replacement parts, test fire ammo, and range fees before it’s ‘just as good’

I had an early MKE K style back in the mid 2000’s when they first imported them and it had random reliability issues and a canted front triple frame.
I have an SP5K PDW SBR that has been trouble free.
I’m afraid that’s all I can contribute to the conversation.
