Since I already had a new B&T #21174 low profile mount we added the (2) front screws with a milling machine so now it has 6-anchor points instead of 4. I did not torque the new front two screws as tight as the back (4) but I'm thinking it would help. My front ring was further infront of the 4 anchor points than I would like. My other one has worked with 4 points but Mr. Overkill thought 6 would be better. If you have a slim forend it all fits as is, but if you have a wide forend you will have to decide if you want to trim the front of the mount or the back of the wide forend. Here are some pics
