Does anyone know of any HK armorers in the central texas area? Specifically one that can work on a Mark 23.

I need a hammer change. The rubber part of the current hammer peels off and I’m too scared to do it myself lol (found an armorers manual online)

Thanks in advance y’all!

I am surprised to know that the most reliable pistol in the world has rubber in the hammer?

I immediately did some quick search and found out it’s the same with USP and HK45? But I guess the answer makes sense that the government wanted it to be rubber in case it was dropped and snapped off in a metal form so the metal was not jagged. It actually enhances reliability! Now I am happy.

It's a drop test requirement, covered in my video review of the USP series.
