hi guys, ive got a couple of questions relateing to the mke mp5/ 94 style rifles and pistols..ok, i know some one who has an mke 94p pistol that had the 16in barrel cut down and a three lug adapter threaded and placed, a non mke s.o.u type polymer lower and an wide forearm instaled on it when he received it..is he in violation of 922r?does this person need more american made parts in the gun? in order to keep the forearm and lower? or does the 6 domestic replaced parts issue onily count if its an imported rifle? or if hes going to s.b.r. it?...please advise! thank you!!

"or if hes going to s.b.r. it?" SBR has to have the correct US parts.
