Having a hard time finding anything with "search" are the MKE furniture parts, (wide handguard, grip, etc) the same as the German HK ones?

Pretty sure the MKE handguards all have vents milled in them. other than that, no idea.

If you're referring to the MKE AT94's, then yes - HK furniture fits just fine. I have a US made wide handguard - non vented on mine. Also swapped out the MKE factory grip with a navy style.

Factory German ones were never vented. The only factory vented forearms to my knowledge are the Namibian/S. African green G3 forearms.

HKParts seems to say otherwise HK 91 Vented Forearm - HKPARTS.NET

Or are they just normal handguards cut by HKParts?

Those were machined after. I believe michaels machines offers the venting service as well.

They look like this. Very well made, no sling clip.
