Guayaquil, ECUADOR: An Ecuadorean Navy soldier guards electoral kits for Sunday's presidential election at the Electoral Tribunal in Guayaquil, 24 November, 2006. Leftist Rafael Correa gained ground over conservative Alvaro Noboa, but the margin remains too narrow to predict a winner, pollsters said Friday, two days ahead of Ecuador's run-off vote. Correa had 52 percent support to Noboa's 48 percent, according to the Cedatos/Gallup poll, which showed that 17 percent of the electorate remained undecided.
