That’s a Washington, DC legal magazine. It’s capacity has been limited to zero rounds.

I have a 30 round MP5 magazine with the exact same font but only marked "AC" under the "9mmx19" marking.

Found a magazine I don't recognize in the stuff that came with my MP5 It is metal and marked "AC" and "9mmx19" Tried looking up metal magazines with "AC" stamped on them changing around search word order, etc. All come back to plastic AC Unity magazines. Also looked up KCI, POF, MKE metal...

Here are a couple of pics of the chromed follower. As far as a date goes I can tell you that I have had this mag since 2008 and acquired it in a huge collection at that time.

Follower is identical to the one I had that Tailflash identified as a Special Weapons / Coharie mag.
