I just got a MP5F Stock in the mail for my CA94

A couple observations:

1. This stock is well built, of course because it’s HK German

2. The finish on the forks is strange, glossy black and not akin to match a HK finish, I don’t know that it is supposed to match but I will take some of the shine off with steel wool.

3. This stock locked up so tight on the CA94 it is ridiculous, it fits perfectly and it seems the CA94 is in perfect spec.

I rate the stock 90 percent; it is losing 5 points on the glossy finish on the forks and 5 points on the weight.

This stock adds a noticeable amount of weight to the weapon.

My PTR is almost a pound heavier with the A3 stock installed. Steel vs. plastic and empty space I guess. Remember though, weight=quality.

Seth,
How much did you pay for it and where?
385 dollars from gunbroker, Adam Webber has them too and maybe Gordon Miller

all my A3's are glossy-ish

want less weight, get a B&T folder, about the same as a A2
I like the B&T but I wanted a more traditional look.

I dont know if I am sold on this stock yet as I think I still like the old A3, but I will wait and see if this one grows on me.

Yeah Swiss can you see if it has that cut out please?
No BHO cut out I purchased the 9mm version. I lucked out that way because the one with the cut out would have looked stupid on a weapon with no BHO.

I think Adam has the .40 cal version with the BHO cut out if you need that type.
