Just wanted to say thanks to those of you who have posted tips and how-to's about this. I've got a clone with some bolt gap issues and decided to press out and re-install the barrel myself. After a quick search, i noticed that most questions about how to do this were answered by "Go pay someone else to do it." I like to learn how to do things myself and followed some of the instructions on here. The whole job took about two hours but I went pretty slow. Just hammered the pin back in this morning and i've got a nice gap of .019/.020 with standard rollers (used to be .035 with -6 rollers!). I figure on losing a thousanth or so after firing and sitting perfectly on proper headspace.
