I just saw that one depending on what you value the SD at, but this is probably the cheapest sear in a long time...................

Wish I had the $36k ready to go, I'd be all over this one. I plan on picking up a sear soon but don't have my funds in order. This looks like a great opportunity when you factor in the cost of that SD.

And its SPF that was a steal IMO even if you valued the SD at 8K he got a sear in the 28ish range but that SD more likely in the value of 9-10k..................
