You can cut it down if you don't want ambi control. Personally, I'm not a fan of the esthetics.

Can't vouch for it, but it's the only one I've seen.

As it replaces the original it should fit. You can't use an actual BAD on these because there is no space between the receiver and back of the release button unlike the 556.

But no, I haven't seen it installed.

DPMS makes a replacement lever as well for AR10 type rifles. It has an extended release lever on it but it's not ambi like the a BAD and I can't actually find it on their website. But there are uTube vids of its installation.
