Proceed with caution when dealing with this individual.
There were a few issues in our unrealized transaction:

-I've been asked more than once to accept a Paypal
payment or bank money order despite him knowing that USPS money order is the only acceptable form
of payment and Paypal has policy against using their services for firearm purchases

-Upon informing him that individuals can only ship rifles via USPS and not pistols
he states that I can just disassemble it and ship it via USPS as parts anyway.

-No sign of his FFLs info or indication that the payment was sent

-He and his father indicated that the father was the buyer but in one of his PMs he states the gun is for him
indicating a possible straw purchase.

buddy, please present only the facts, yes i asked at the beginning before i was really interested in the gun if you would take paypal, after that i asked one more time im sorry if that offeneded you. And i am under the assumption you are allowed to ship pistol parts via usps and breaking the gun down into several parts to do that is illegal? Also a side note i only asked that once and you said it was illegal and i dropped that and said no problem. And my ffl deal trinity tactical USA did contact your ffl thru the email you supplied.. I have there email stating that if you would like me to post that... Also payment WAS sent less then 72 hours after you first posted the ad and was sent before YOU canceled the transaction (i can supply the pm that you canceled the transaction not me) I overnighted that payment yesterday for $18 and then i had to stop the payment and turn the usps money order back into my name which cost an additional $15 and an hour of time. Lastly about about the "straw purchase" i could see how you got a bit confused because my father is the one purchasing but i contacted you because he doesn't do the internet thing that is why i had you talk to him on the phone. And in regards to him purchasing it for me i offered to have both of us get a background search done to make you feel better. I also gave you my full name and offered you to call my ffl dealer trinity tactical usa and inquire if i personally just did a gun transfer for my own uspc with them less then 4 weeks ago on top of the fact i offered to get a background check for myself plus my father who the gun is for. Lastly what i find odd is that you took down the listing immediately after you canceled the transaction... Did you sell the gun to someone else for more money or did you even have the gun in the first place?

also why is the ad gone

also i will post all the pm's if requested to back up everything i am saying...
alyauz... if you have nothing to say any farther I would request you take down your post that has incorrect facts in it that is defamatory to my character and tries to make me look like i was trying to do an illegal deal which I assume by now you know i wasn't.
So you are saying that at the time you send your initial PM you were not really interested in my gun?
It sure sounds like a commitment to purchase pending a Paypal payment approval? In that first PM you state that the gun is intended for your own use?You asked one more time about using Paypal and once more about a bank money order. In that same PM you admit knowing about their gun policy and using their services to complete a gun purchase in the past.

And just curious why you don't aaccept it if you don't mind me asking... If its in regards to paypal not doing money from gun sales transfers. I just recently purchased a usp and used paypal and just never used the word gun in anything just said hk usp and what not.

also is it ok to send a certified bank check? Thanks matt
Upon informing you that individuals can not ship pistols via USPS this is what you said,
again this is AFTER you were informed about USPS policy:
03-30-2012 09:44 AM
take the slide off the gun and ship it as " gun parts"
03-30-2012 11:06 AM
bro he already sent the payment and it will be delivered before noon tomorrow .Also asking about dissamebling the pistol i am sorry but i didn't know that would offend you and that doesn't break any laws...
At the time of this(my post 4/2/2012 06:11 PM)post your FFLs info has not been received, same goes for the payment you supposedly overnighted,
I mean the postal money order that you had to turn into your name,as you state.

like said yes I agree I made a mistake asking you twice if you take PayPal and certified check (btw that isn't against any terms of service that I know of). Also no one has yet to show me where or how breaking down the gun into parts and shipping to an ffl is illegal... Yes I know my ffl didn't contact your ffl at that time you posted... They sent there info at about 1pm est 3/30... How can you be mad at me for that... They are a bit slow but I have used them in the past because they are a family business. Also I did send the $710 and paid $18 to overnight it...after you cancelled the transaction I ran to the post office and filled out 2 forms...one to stop the money order from shipping $11.. \the second from to put the money order in my name another $6... You think I would just let that money get delivered to you after all that if I could help it?also I can post pics of receipts for all those forms. Lastly the ad was deleted by the OP not by the system purge you can see the ad he deleted bc its only been about 6 or 7 days since this started...

We are happy to assist with another firearms transfer for you; we are not able to complete the transfer for free, however now that you are a TrinTac student the firearm transfer fee is only $25.00. If you would like TrinTac to complete the transfer please let me know. I look forward to hearing back from you.
