there really are no sponsors here, so as long as its not the "company that will not be mentioned" post where it came from if you want.

The name of the company is DS Arms or DSA. they make FAL clones but for some reason they sell HK Bipod clones. Mine works perfect you can rotate the rifle like the real ones and everything. Folds perfect up on a wide handguard. The link is

Let me know what you guys think. From what I have seen it is a good price for these things.

These are the ones made by Promag. I'm really shocked that yours is OK by the reports I have read on them.
what have you heard about them?

I have a Promag from DS arms too. Mine is passable. Not the greatest, but I suppose it's worth what I paid for it.

I am trying out a Versapod bipod now. They are now making adapters that can be used with the 91 wide forearm. Bipod itself is OK, but I need one with shorter legs for bench shooting.
what have you heard about them?
Well, everything from the feet being installed backwards to that they won't stay up against the handguard. There was more but that's the big two I remember. Do a search on here for promag and I'm sure you'll find the discussions we have had on these.
Lots of guys have them over on http://www.militaryfirearm.com/ . The only real problem they had was weak springs. A couple of the guys over there put different springs on them and they work great. I think it cost them a couple of bucks for the springs. If you go over there and do a search you may be able to find out what springs they used.
