Hey guys, new owner from NC here.

Been shooting 1911s for a while and decided to try something different. Did some reading and figured the HK45 is pretty much right up my alley.

Haven't shot it yet, probably go out Friday.
Might make it my carry gun when I'm comfortable with it.

Anyway, here it is, also some of my other hot rods and my carry Colt.

At first I was like: "which of these things is not like the others....."

Then I was like: Hahahaha! Welcome bro. The picture is likely to look very different a year from now. :)

Snuck out and put about 200 rounds thru just now.

Fed it 200 gr plated swc, 200 gr plated hp, and 230 gr rnfp blue bullets. No problem hitting 4, 5, and 7 inch plates at 10-13 yards.

Even fired several mags double action only and was still hitting pretty dang good.

I don't think it will match the Baer guns but it's definitely better than my colts. Few more range trips and I'll be ordering a holster.

no comparison.... different animals all together. 100 years later there's still not a better trigger than the 1911. But out of the stable in your picture, only one would be SHF war worthy! And as Fargo007 mentioned, your picture is most likely going to look a bit (lot!) different a year from now....Welcome!
