Can you Gentlemen help me to understand why you will not ship the MR556 upper kits on the Webshop to New Hampshire? I am beyond surprised and more than a little disappointed to see this. I live in NH and own many HKs including a complete 556. What is the story behind this restriction? It definitely has zero to do with NH gun laws, so what is the basis?

"MR556A1 Upper Receiver Kits cannot be shipped, sold, or possessed in the following states and jurisdictions: CT, NY, NJ, NH."

I shudder even being even grouped in the same category as NJ and NY.

Aren't they made in NH? It might be a state sales tax issue.

That might make sense if we had a sales tax, we don't. Whole thing pisses me off.

Today I got an email response from HK stating that they believe there are "flash hider regulations" in New Hampshire. There are not. Oddly enough I know of a neighboring state with just such regulations and it's not listed as restricted for shipping. It's a little surprising when a gun company is unclear on gun laws, particularly in a state in which they do a lot of manufacturing.
