I wear slimmer fitting clothing for work and casual and IWB work, but aren't the most comfortable. I saw some nice OWB holsters that my LGS was recommending very highly.

Anyone use an OWB with just a regular polo or t-shirt?

My carry is P2000 9mm so it isn't like I am trying to conceal a full size duty pistol.

You can do it, but get a great gun belt.

I CCW OWB on occasion my Walther PPQ in a Raven Phantom OWB. I do it fine with darker colored cotton heavy T-****s such as the ones from Carhartt or Hanes Beefy-T. Yes a good gun belt really helps. I use Beltman bullhide leather.

i wear a kramer leather scabbard holster all the time with my kramer belt for my p7m8 i sometimes carry my full size duty weapon in the same set up no problem

I carry my P30SK in a StealthGear Flex OWB on an Armour belt. Very comfortable and it pulls in as close as possible. I liked it so much that I bought another for my Clapp Commander.

I use a Wilderness 5 stitch belt, and a Cook's kydex OWB. Works under a sweatshirt or coat, but will print some under a t shirt. I don't care if I print.................

It depends on how loose or form fitting your polo shirts are. This would also depend on how much concealment you want (i.e. concealed vs undetectable). As others have said, a quality belt, designed for carrying a gun is important. Another thing to think about is the amount of forward cant that is built into the holster. 15 degrees will conceal better than 0 degree.
