Just wanted to confirm. Based on what I've read here on the forum, magazines for the P2000 (standard size, not sk) and the USP 9mm compact are one and the same with the exception of the baseplates, correct?

Also, where do most of you buy your HK parts from? I was contemplating placing an order with HKparts.net, but given their current legal issues, I don't want to place and pay for an order that may potentially get stuck in limbo. Has anyone ordered here ordered from them recently?

Wasn't aware that they are having problems. Just ordered from them last week. I generally use other businesses for mag buys, Cheaper than dirt, Midways, Brownells who ever is cheapest at the moment.

P2000 and USPc use the same mag, regardless of floor plates.
Some of the supporting vendors (GMP Parts, Cross Creek Guns, HKSpecialist) have better prices than you can find elsewhere.

With the exception of occasional clearances from other vendors, Cross Creek Guns has had the best mag prices I've seen every time I've gone looking. In fact Mike's every day price is often cheaper than others' sale prices with $7 flat rate shipping to boot.

Top Gun Supply is also worth looking at.....

I ordered parts last week for converting a V2 to V1, and were received yesterday....no problem.

The company isn't having issues, he must have just now read the Adam Webber stuff. The company will continue to sell parts, they made a statement on it a long time ago. I also use other sources because their prices are never competitive.

Checked out cross creek. Those are indeed good prices. Surprisingly, Numrich had similar pricing. I will probably go with Cross Creek since they are a forum supporter.
