I've been looking through here for a bit and can't seem to find information on this particular conversion. I'd like to shorten the length of pull on my P2000 V2 and it seems that the V4.1 is what I am looking for. What do I need to purchase / change to do this conversion? How much does it shorten the pull? Do I loose second strike capability (don't care if so, but just curious)?
TIA
I am going to try to be as brief as possible and not repeat what I had written in the other posts linked above.
You will have to decide whether you want to keep the heavy LEM pull (V2) or convert to a lighter pull. If you do want to keep the heavy LEM pull, you will need the V4.1CH kit and install all the parts that came with the kit (3 parts: Hammer, Catch, and Trigger Bar Detent Spring). You won't need the V4.1 TRS because it is a medium-weight TRS and it's only for a P30/P30SK. Keep the TRS that you have right now.
If you want a lighter pull (same weight as a V1), then swap the stock TRS and FBPS with the Light TRS and FPBS, and do not swap out the TBDS with the one in the V4.1 kit.
The pull is shortened by about 5mm or 1/3 of the original pull.
You won't lose the double-strike capability.
Contact John (Flagman) for a V4.1 kit or PM me.
