Just my .02, but if the hammer falls and hits a firing pin hard enough to set off a primer, then it is in spec.
P2000SK Crooked Hammer
I thought these crooked hammers only came with the LEM conversion kits. Do they come on guns from the factory as well? I've had no malfunctions whatsoever in all of the ~1000 rounds I have fired through the gun so while I'm not too worried about function, I would like a hammer that is in spec.

My LEM HK45C has a slightly crooked hammer. Doesn't bother me and about 1500 rounds later, it hasn't failed to do its job.
But if it bothers you get it replaced. Travis at HK has said they've never had reliability issues with the hammers but they'll replace them.
