I was playing with all the combos and I think I like the small sides with medium rear. I have yet to shot, there is not much difference in the small and medium, but the large is noticeable.
I know everyone will be different just trying to see what others like

I played with all the combinations and went back to the default way it came out of the box: medium sides and back strap. That works the best for me and I have left that set up alone for a year. Bill

I almost hate having all the different ways, make me unsure of one way of another.

Large strong side, small weak side and medium rear. My suggestion is to change at the range. Shoot a string and change then shoot again and change and so on. What feels best at home doesn't always equal what's best for shot placement. A bit of experimentation will go a long way.

Holy hell this can get out of control, my wife and I are going the range tomorrow to shoot our valentines day present to each other(p30) and see what grip works

Small back, small right, medium left. I'm adjusting my grip so I don't ride the slide stop/release. I wear large gloves.
