After replacing the firing block spring in my P30 v3 with the newer version, I headed to the range. I wanted to see for myself, if the changes were in fact noticeable and worth the effort. Gone was that heaviness that seems to increase towards end of the trigger pull. The other plus, is the improved feel of the trigger as it reaches the break point. While I didn't weigh the trigger pull, others have documented the changes, plus I don't have any way of measuring it.
The order I place from HKParts will be here monday, so I can then replace the trigger return spring. I look forward in seeing just how much further improvement can be gained for less then $20. Theres no gunsmith, no need to send your gun away for weeks. Best of all, there is nothing that can be undone in just a few minutes. And your gun is returned to factory specs. Which makes it easier to sell down the road, I think buyers are hesitant when a gun has had a gunsmith preform work on it.
