I finally got to hold a P30SK today at Mister Guns in Plano. I have been looking at videos and going over this piece for over a week now. I am looking at going with the single action/double action, no safety and night sights.

In the way of introduction, I am a P9S 9mm owner and really like it. I used to have a USP9 compact and liked it a lot also. I had to let it go a year or so back and would probably use that as my carry if I still had it. I am an HK fan for sure.

I have been using it with USPc mags and an x-grip. I can't say enough good things about it.

I want to send it to lazy wolf, but I am having trouble letting it go for X weeks.

Well, it's winter, I could carry the p30.

You will not regret the P30SK.

If you want to justify the upcharge on the night sights, go to 5:20 on the video. That's what sold me on the P30SKV1. Just the same, the V3 is great too. It's a matter of preference.

I have 3 P30. Two P30 and 1sk. They are all V1. I like it much better than the DA/SA.

I carry a P30sk v3 as my primary edc, though I have been carrying a Bulgarian Makarov today. I love the USP as well.

JCC, welcome! Another "sk" user here, V1 + night sights. Love the platform. Recently switched to AIWB carry, and will probably remain so. I would encourage anyone considering a carry firearm to look at the LEM trigger setup (V1). Either way, it's a great pistol. Buy with confidence.

3-5 O'Clock-Crossbreed hands down. Appendix a cheap Sticky holster works really well so does an INCOG (However the sticky is more comfortable and about $15) YMMV....

Under $500 sounds like a great price. I havnt seen them that cheap before.
