Use search. Lots of great info on LEM 4.1 in p series. I am in the process of doing it to p30 first, then p30sk.
My 'subscriptions' has almost a full page dedicated to this.

I prefer the longer travel of V1 LEM for a CCW pistol. It would also drive me crazy with the LEM hammer not being flush with the back of the pistol at rest.
