Do you have the original sights? If so, what's wrong with them? If they are similar to the P7, and if it's just the inserts, they are an easy fix.

 

My M13 has aftermarket night sights with long dead tritium inserts. The M8 has factory three dots but one if the rear inserts popped out.

 

First things first. The P7M8, M10, M13 and P7K3 all share the same sights. There are some variations of those sights depending on the year. For example the earlier rear sights have a set screw while the later rear sights do not. You can easily adjust the rear sights from left to right as needed. The front sights is where it gets more complicated. There are a total of seven different post heights. HK would use different post heights to adjust for the elevation.
I would ONLY use night sights that are the exact same height as your original sights, otherwise it will not shoot straight. Some night sights only come in one size while others come in short, medium and tall. That might be OK if you have that exact size, otherwise, I would not recommend using them. You can still find front sights on Numrich gun parts, but the rear sights are a little harder to find. I might be able to help fund a rear sight with a set screw if needed.

 

Back in the day, you could send your top slide to Trijicon and they would pull the white inserts and replace them with tritium capsules. They can easily be identified BC they have a silver ring around the capsules. Hk did make spare white inserts for the sights.
