This is lost on me. What would differentiate this pistol much from the VP9? You've ditched the best features of the P7 series: grip cocking device, gas piston delayed action, lack of controls on the side of the frame, all steel construction and sexy wood grips. That's just a VP9 with slightly different styling and a low bore axis.

Sorry to pee in the cheerios. Make it single stack and shorten up that grip to pocket pistol size and I'm in on the excitement.

It's a good assessment, my cheerios are fine. I thought it was intended in this design to be a striker fired, light weight polymer single stack 9mm for pockets. There is no good size comparison but if it were as big as the G43 or LC9's, then YES, I am on board for a new pocket pistol... which is why I shared it. HK did just come out with the 300blk's so maybe they are thinking about something like this too?

Oh, I'm on board with a pocket pistol fo sho. With a full grip, this just looks to be about P2000 size which, even single stack, is no kind of pocket pistol.
