Hey guys. I ran about 500 rounds through my AP5SD Converted by HTA today. Bolt gets stuck halfway through putting a round in battery, will not put a round in the barrel, with mke mags, hk mags, and Turkish contract mags. Once The 9mm is fully seated manually it feeds fine and ejects fine. Cocking the gun is stupid hard. Pics for reference. I was running a super safety, but once it gets going its fine. Ammunition, although I dont think it matters is 115gr round nose FMJ.

Check to make sure your cocking handle support isn't binding on your suppressor.
Pull your suppressor off and see if the binding goes away if it does then the caulking handle support is binding against the suppressor.

Also check your ejector lever isn’t binding on the slot in the bolt head. Might sound dumb but it can happen as well
Obstruction from weld or misaligned cocking tube & support, etc, during the conversion. HTA should have it benched. My guess is some weld contact lingered on the cocking tube too long and swelled material inside, pinching the support.
If it was working fine for a while after the conversion, look/listen for an obstruction or at what contact point binding occurs.
Towards the chamber, middle, or near the support cap? Forward/aft of the handle?
