Derek's communication, follow up, product description and honesty are without peer. The product was as described, and delivered in a timely manner with excellent communication throughout the process.
One thing that bears mentioning:
There was a slight shipping foul-up that was entirely UPS's fault and Derek stayed in constant contact throughout the entire resolution of the issue. Just to clarify, the shipping SNAFU was in no way related to Derek or any of his associates, and his integrity and business practices are second to none.
I would (and will) glady do business with Derek again, and thanks to HKPRO for letting a "New Guy" have a great first buying experience on the board. I'm here to stay! :350:
