Not sure its a scam yet, but the whole situation reminds be of several armslist scams I've seen. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up incase he's contacted any of you yet.

He responded to my wanted to buy HK21E carrier, and kept sending me every picture on the internet until I requested a close up picture of the carrier with my e-mail on it.

Well then he's likely a scammer if someone else is having a similar issue. Mods might want to shut him down or do whatever they do.

He said he had a p7m8 to me too. Figured it was a scam. Interesting that his lic. matches. There are some people out there that can make good fakes.

It's a brand new account. It really seems he went down the list of WTB adds and sent everyone a msg.

there is a fake or stolen ID of a guy name Morgan in WA, the scammer use this stolen ID and scam around. Be Watch out too.

Per a PM from Fox, this guy was a scammer.

Some of them just don't care about the add, they want you sent the money to the multi-tenant vacant building in IL ( i use google map to check)

I'll visit the post office . I went to the apt building in Nj , filed police report in Nj and pa don't think much is going to happen .
He's been at it for months

Very sorry to hear about it. Thanks for the warning. I had a situation on this forum where a person responded to a WTB I had posted with a "too good to be true" offer. I reported it to the mods and they banned the individual. I appreciate this level of diligence.
