I just sold an unfired, perfect condition Chantilly to a Las Vegas collector for $1650. I believe that is right in the ballpark for current market value. $1775 is a bit of a stretch, and it's too bad you're getting stuck with paying sales tax. If you're laying awake at night thinking about it, buy it. But if you have the patience to wait, you could probably save yourself $200-300+ (out of state for a better price and no sales tax).

Can anyone tell me what a new in the box Chantilly HKP7M8 worth? Yes with fat trigger box papers. $1775 is what the guy wants plus tax it is going to cot me $1900.
