I just got a use hk93. I took it to the range the gun fires the first round but after that it won't fire unless I pull the charging handle again. The gun had been clean really good and I try different mags.

Sounds like the hammer is not re-setting during the firing cycle. Have you removed the lower and manually worked the hammer/trigger mechanism to see that the sear engagement is not worn and slipping during the faster bolt cycle through live fire ?

+1 on turbo. Do you hear/feel the hammer drop on the secong round? or is it just plain ole' nothing?....if so we describe that as a "dead hammer".

Did you forget to replace the extractor maybe? Does the gun eject the fired case?
