Proof stamps

To most of you proof stamps on your HK are old news.
I wrote up this little article for all of you who did not yet knew what those signs on your gun(s) are.

Good article, especially for those wanting to know what the squiggles on their beloved HK's mean. And that last sentence should be in bold.

YES!! I agree completely. The antlers especially. I feel like it makes them look regal almost.

Since HK uses a laser to burn them in, they are so "clean" and clear.
Big difference to roll stamping which is not that bad either.
The worse ones are the ones made by electric markers!

Thanks for the write-up. I read an article about it long ago, but forgot some of the details. It really gives you a sense of how detail oriented the Germans are.
