PTR Bayo lug blank removal?

I'm stuck!

Got a bayo lug adaptor for my PTR's.
One came out in 1min :) The other is jammed in there :(

any secrets to getting it out? tried a screw driver tip and it broke off the
aluminum on the plug, Tried to twist it with a vise grip and all it did was
bite into the soft aluminum....

now it looks awful - (just the plug)

any 411?

I've seen them held in with an allen screw and with a spring loaded plunger.
