PTR PDW SBR Conversion Question

I have a A3 4 position retractable stock that I would like to be able to use on my PTR PDW SBR. Is there someone I can send my pistol encap assembly and A3 stock assembly to and have them put the PDW recoil rod on the A3 stock?
