What is is made from? The ad starts with "hard anodized aluminum handguards for the H&K-G3" but then says "constructed from reinforced polymer composite" at the end.

I've used one. Good quality, no movement and leaves more room around the barrel than oem handguards, especially at the front attachment point.
I'm happy with it. And it is aluminum.

Thanks for the feedback!

I have been debating between this and the B&T for my SR9T.

BTW, that is a nice stick!!

heres my question??? whats the weight difference btwn the oem wide forend/oem bipod and a quality rail setup with a harris bipod.

the last thing i wanna do to my 91 is ADD (1) more gram of weight to it. its one thing to go to the range and shoot off a bench and its an entire different set of considerations HUMPING a 91 for 10-14 days everyday elk or deer hunting, trudging across tundra/hill/dale/mtn/canyon, mile after mile.

B&T works very well ,also used by german, norwegian, danish and many more military G3 users. It also has set screws that keep it rock solid and does not touch barrel at all. Works awesome for harris bipod and DMR roll. B&t handsdown for me
